Your data: export and delete

The short version

Export: download everything we keep about you as one file, any time.
Delete: remove your account and everything in it. It cannot be undone.
Both are self-serve, in the app under Plan, then Your data.

Export

In the app, open Plan, then Your data, then Download my data. You get one JSON file with your plan and its versions, journal, trades, settings and the Exchange's records about you.

Delete

In the same place, choose Delete my account and type DELETE to confirm. Your plan, journal, trades and settings are erased and you are signed out. Backups roll off within 14 days.

Can't sign in?

Write to the address you were invited from from the email on your account and we'll export or delete it within 30 days.

Where you live

If you live in the EU, UK or California, you have legal rights to access, correct, export and delete your data, and to object to some processing. These tools cover them; for anything else, contact us.
