The short version
- It's a tool for keeping your own plan honest. It isn't financial advice.
- It never places a trade and never tells you what to buy or sell. Every decision is yours, and so is the result.
- Trading can lose money. Use it with that in mind.
What BullishExchange is
BullishExchange helps you write a trading plan, keep a journal, and see how the two line up with each other and with the market. It gives information and reflections. It is not a broker, an adviser or a signal service, it holds no money, and it doesn't execute trades.
Not advice
Nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Prices, levels and read-outs may be delayed, simulated or wrong, so check with your own broker and your own judgment before you act. Past results don't predict future ones. Trading carries a real risk of loss, and you are responsible for your own decisions.
Access
BullishExchange is free and invite-only while we're in our private group. Keep your sign-in to yourself. We may change, pause or end the service, or remove access, and we'll tell you when we can.
Using it well
Please don't attempt to break or overload the service, scrape it, resell it, or use it to run a signal or copy-trading service. Only upload trade history that is yours to upload.
Your content
Your plan, journal, notes and trades are yours. You let us store and process them so we can run the service for you, and for nothing else. Our Privacy page explains how we protect them.
Our content
The BullishExchange name, design, software and lessons belong to us. You're welcome to use them for your own trading and learning.
No guarantees
The service is provided as is, and it may have mistakes or go down. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages, and because the service is free, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to $100.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we email you before it takes effect.
